Using this site

The information here is provided for general educational and leadership-development purposes. It is not a substitute for advice specific to your school, district, legal obligations, or employment context.

By using this site, you agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or submit harmful or unlawful content.

Buying a book

Books are digital products, delivered as a download. Prices are shown in the currency listed on the book's page and, where applicable, tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.

After payment we email a download link to the address you gave at checkout. That link expires after 3 days and can be used once, so please save the file somewhere safe. If a download fails or the link expires, contact support and we'll issue a replacement.

What you may do with the book

Buying a book gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and keep a copy for your own use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, upload it publicly, or share the file or your download link with others.

Buying school- or district-wide access is welcome — email kevin@howtoprincipal.com about bulk licensing rather than sharing a single copy.

Refunds

Digital purchases are covered by our refund policy. Refunded purchases have their download links revoked.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Prices and the books on offer may change; the price shown when you buy is the price that applies to that purchase.
