Common questions

My download link doesn't work: Links expire after 3 days and can be used once, so they may have already been used or timed out. Email us and we'll issue a fresh one straight away.
I never received the email: Check your spam folder first, and search for the address the book was sent from. If it still isn't there, email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
The download stopped part-way: Because links are single-use, an interrupted download can use it up. That's a technical failure, not your fault — contact us and we'll reissue.
Can I read the book on my e-reader?: Yes. Books are supplied as EPUB or PDF, which work on Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, and most reading apps.
I'd like a refund: See our refund policy — and get in touch either way.
