Kevin Reimer
Kevin Reimer is an educational leader, author, and coach who has dedicated more than 30 years to helping principals and vice-principals lead with clarity, confidence, and care. A former school principal and faculty advisor, Kevin also served as President and Executive Director of the BC Principals’ & Vice-Principals’ Association (BCPVPA), where he represented and advocated for school leaders across British Columbia.
In recognition of his impact, Kevin was named one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals in 2013 by The Learning Partnership. His leadership journey has taken him from classrooms to boardrooms, from mentoring early-career administrators to working internationally with BC Offshore Schools. Along the way, he has championed mentoring, professional learning, and systemic supports for principals, always with an eye to the human side of leadership.
Kevin is also an ICF-certified coach who believes that effective conversations are the operating system of school leadership. Through his coaching and workshops, he equips leaders with practical tools to foster trust, navigate change, and create cultures where both staff and students can thrive.
